People talk about the text generation, but the Data Analysis (formerly Code Interpreter) is the killer feature. I can upload a messy Excel sheet and ask it to 'clean this up and make three charts,' and it just does it. It saves me hours of manual Excel work. Occasionally it gets stuck in a loop, but a refresh usually fixes it.

I pay for Plus mainly for GPT-4 (and now the new models). It's like having a smart intern. It helps me debug code, brainstorm blog posts, and summarize long PDFs. The 'Memory' feature is great because it remembers my preferences across chats. The Voice mode is also surprisingly conversational and useful for brainstorming while walking.

I've been a Plus subscriber since day one. Recently, the models feel 'lazier'—writing shorter answers, refusing tasks, or being overly moralizing/sterile. The new 'Thinking' models are smart but slow. I find myself using Claude more often for coding because it feels more direct. I'm questioning if the $20/month is still worth it.
