All product submissions are subject to review. Jozaz reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any product listing at our sole discretion. We may request additional information or verification before approval.
Products listed under the Free plan may be required to display a Jozaz verification widget on their website. Failure to maintain the widget may result in product suspension after a grace period and warning notification.
Jozaz offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Pro+, Enterprise) with varying features and limits. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect for their next billing cycle.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Jozaz and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
Products listed on Jozaz are owned by their respective creators. Jozaz does not claim ownership of third-party products, logos, or trademarks displayed on the platform.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOZAZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you have not made any payments.
