I'd tried to meditate for years and always failed. Headspace's structured courses (Basics 1-3) were a game changer. Andy's guidance is clear, secular, and not 'woo-woo'. The animations do a great job of explaining concepts. The 'SOS' meditations for moments of panic have been a lifesaver.

I have about 10 meditations that are my go-tos, and it's frustrating that I can't create a simple playlist of them. I have to manually search for them every time. It's a small feature that would make a huge difference. Otherwise, the content is top-notch, especially the focus and workout-related sessions.

I love the core meditation content. However, the recent app redesign made it harder to find my favorite sessions. The 'Today' hub pushes a lot of content I don't care about, and finding a specific course from the library now takes more taps. I wish they'd simplify the navigation again.
