One of the best things about GrowthBook is the community. The founders are active in the Slack channel and are incredibly responsive to feedback and bug reports. It feels like we're partners, not just customers. The tool is solid, but the community makes it a long-term choice for us.

The 'presence' feature works flawlessly for showing who is online. Support has been very responsive whenever we had questions about scaling.
