I love the interface; it's clean and friendly. But the pricing jumps are brutal. You have to pay for seats you don't use because of their tiered seat packages. Also, basic features like 'start dates' or 'custom fields' are locked behind expensive tiers. We eventually moved to ClickUp because we couldn't justify the cost.

Now it feels like a shopping catalog filled with fake images. The search function has become almost useless because of the spam.

The Essentials plan covers the basics like A/B testing and simple automation. However, the pricing scales up really fast as your list grows, and it's annoying that they count unsubscribed contacts towards your billing limit.
