The medical side was fine, but the billing was a disaster. They told me my insurance covered it, but then I got a bill for the full amount months later. Trying to resolve it with their support took hours on the phone. Make sure you double-check your coverage directly with your insurer before booking.

For complex contracts that involve lots of redlining and multiple rounds of edits, I sometimes wish it had deeper analytics (time on clause, etc.) like some newer platforms. We still rely on email and Word for the heavy negotiation, then finalize in DocuSign.
Read full review →I've banked with Ally for 5 years. The buckets feature in their savings account is brilliant for organizing money without opening 10 different accounts. No monthly fees, decent interest rates (though they fluctuate with the Fed), and a very clean app. Transfers are fast. I've never had to step foot in a branch, which is exactly what I wanted.

My only complaint is that finding specific old meditations can be hard because the library is so huge and disorganized.

Setting up overlays and alerts takes manual work, but the result is a cleaner stream. If you aren't tech-savvy, it might be frustrating, but for anyone willing to learn, it's the only choice.
