The CRM is intuitive and has saved us from spreadsheet chaos. However, on the free/starter plans, you get zero human support. It's all community forums and knowledge base articles. We had a simple billing question and it was impossible to talk to a person. You're on your own until you start paying them real money.
Read full review →CloudTalk as a whole is a powerful CCaaS platform, but understanding what’s included at each plan, especially around AI features, took several calls with sales. Once deployed, the AI analytics are excellent, and the dialers boosted our outbound productivity. It’s a strong tool, just budget time to understand the SKUs.
Read full review →Years ago, Snagit was essential. But now, the built-in screenshot tools on both macOS and Windows have gotten so much better (with basic annotation). For my simple needs, it's hard to justify paying for Snagit when the free tools do 80% of what I need. If you need advanced features like scrolling capture, it's still the best, but for basic captures, it's overkill.

It's reliable, simple, and doesn't distract me with 'auto-layout' or pixel perfection. Essential for my spec docs.
Read full review →It can do everything, but finding *how* to do it is a chore. The ribbon is cluttered with features I never use. Co-authoring has improved but still causes sync errors if two people edit the same cell. I use it because I have to for work, but I prefer the simplicity of web-first spreadsheets for personal use.

Writing tests, boilerplate, and complex regex is now instant. It's like my brain's auto-complete. The chat feature (Copilot Chat) is also amazing for asking questions about a codebase without leaving VS Code.

Selecting a subject or sky with one click is incredibly accurate. I tried Capture One, but I came back to Lightroom because the ecosystem (mobile app + desktop sync) is just too convenient.
