It's a fantastic tool for training new sales reps and getting them to follow best practices. However, if you rely on it too much, all your emails can start to sound the same. It's important to use it as a guide, not a crutch, and still inject your own personality.

Smart Sync and selective sync mean laptops aren’t overloaded. Version history has saved us countless times when someone overwrote a file. It’s boring software in the best possible way.

Robin provides the tools, but it doesn't solve the cultural challenge of implementing a hybrid work policy. It requires strong internal communication and enforcement.
Read full review →If you are already on AWS, Bedrock is a no-brainer. No need to manage separate API keys or billing with OpenAI. The ability to switch between Llama 3 and Claude with just a config change gives us great flexibility. We built an internal chatbot in a week using Bedrock Agents.

Still, the core Pro features (Brand Kit, premium fonts/photos) make it an easy purchase for my business.
