It's a docs tool, a project manager, and a wiki. But it's not quite as good as dedicated tools for any of those. Project management lacks advanced reporting. Writing is fine but not as focused as specialized editors. It's great for small teams, but as we scaled, it became a messy sprawl of unorganized pages. Search needs improvement.

I was skeptical, but Notion AI helps me clean up messy notes and summarize meetings instantly. It's integrated right into the editor so I don't have to copy-paste to ChatGPT. The Q&A feature that searches my workspace is getting better. It's become our team's central operating system.

I run my life and my freelance business on Notion. The database features are incredibly powerful—I can link my projects to my tasks and my clients. It looks beautiful and is fully customizable. The new Calendar app integration is the cherry on top. It can be slow sometimes, but the flexibility is worth it.
