I love the interface; it's clean and friendly. But the pricing jumps are brutal. You have to pay for seats you don't use because of their tiered seat packages. Also, basic features like 'start dates' or 'custom fields' are locked behind expensive tiers. We eventually moved to ClickUp because we couldn't justify the cost.

Asana excels at 'who is doing what by when.' It's super clear and keeps everyone accountable. However, the native reporting dashboards are a bit basic. If you need deep insights into resource allocation or time tracking, you'll need external plugins or a different tool. For pure task execution, though, it's top tier.

We run our entire agency on Asana. The ability to switch between List, Board, and Timeline views is crucial because different teams think differently. The 'Rules' automation saves us hours of manual work—tasks automatically move to the next stage when marked complete. It's expensive, but it pays for itself in organization.
