Create, edit, and sign PDFs like a pro.

I use Acrobat Pro daily for legal documents. The OCR (text recognition) is unmatched—it turns scanned messes into searchable, editable text flawlessly. The ability to redact sensitive info, reorganize pages, and convert to Word/Excel keeps my workflow moving. Yes, it's expensive, but free alternatives always fail me on complex formatting or secure signing features.

The 'Request E-signatures' feature alone saves me hours a week. It's seamless to send a contract, have it signed, and get it back filed automatically. Editing text in a PDF is still a bit finicky (fonts sometimes don't match perfectly), but it's better than any other tool I've tried. The cloud integration allows me to start work on my desktop and finish on my iPad seamlessly.

It does everything you need a PDF tool to do, but it feels incredibly bloated. It takes ages to launch, constantly tries to upsell other Adobe cloud services, and the UI changes randomly with updates. The editing features are great when they work, but I often encounter lag on large documents. I'm only using it because my company pays for it.
