Store and autofill every login in one encrypted vault.

I switched to 1Password after using another popular manager for years, and the difference in polish is night and day. The 'Watchtower' feature is incredibly useful for spotting compromised passwords before they become a problem. I especially love the Universal Autofill on Mac; it just works everywhere, not just in the browser. The Secret Key model gives me much more peace of mind regarding security. It's not the cheapest option, but for something that secures my entire digital life, it's worth every penny.

I've been a long-time user since version 4. The move to subscription-only was a hard pill to swallow. The software itself is still top-tier—secure, syncs well, and looks good. But I dislike having another monthly bill. Also, the new Electron-based desktop app doesn't feel as native or snappy as the old versions used to. It's still secure, which is the most important thing, but the user experience has taken a slight dip for power users.

We use 1Password at work and it's fantastic for sharing vaults between teams without exposing actual credentials. The CLI tool is a godsend for our devops workflows. However, for my personal use, I find it a bit expensive. The mobile app is generally good but can sometimes be slow to unlock on older phones. The browser extension is very aggressive about popping up, which can be annoying, but at least it's reliable.
