The tool works as advertised, but getting employees to actually use it consistently has been a challenge. People forget to check in, or they just show up and grab any empty desk. Robin provides the tools, but it doesn't solve the cultural challenge of implementing a hybrid work policy. It requires strong internal communication and enforcement.

The desk booking part of Robin is flawless. The meeting room booking is good, but lacks some of the advanced features of dedicated room schedulers. For example, catering requests or multi-room booking for large events is a bit clunky. But for a single platform to manage both desks and rooms, it's the best we've found.

Robin has been essential for our hybrid work model. Employees can see who will be in the office on any given day and book a desk next to them. The interactive maps make it easy to find people and rooms. The Slack integration that sends daily summaries of who's in is also very popular with our team.
