We use Mindtickle for our quarterly certifications. The ability to combine quizzes, video submissions, and manager sign-offs into a single 'certification' path is excellent. It gives us confidence that our reps actually know the new messaging. Support is very proactive and helpful.

Mindtickle is more than just an LMS. The role-play features and 'missions' actually get our sales reps to practice their pitch. The feedback loop from managers is tight and easy to execute. We've seen a measurable decrease in ramp time for new hires since implementing it. The analytics show exactly who is engaging and who isn't.

From an admin perspective, it's great. From a user (sales rep) perspective, it can feel like a chore. The interface is decent, but if the content isn't super engaging, reps will just click through to finish. The mobile app is okay but sometimes buggy with video uploads. It requires a strong enablement culture to work well.
