Because Smile is so popular on Shopify, our loyalty program looks and feels just like a dozen other stores I shop at. The level of customization on the widget is limited unless you're on a very high plan. It works well, but it doesn't do much to differentiate our brand experience.

Smile is a great loyalty solution. The VIP tiers are a good way to reward our best customers. However, as our store has grown, the monthly cost for the paid plans has become significant. It's a powerful tool, but you need to make sure your program is driving enough repeat business to justify the cost.
