We run our entire partnership program through impact.com. The platform is robust, the tracking is reliable, and the reporting is top-notch. Their marketplace is great for discovering new partners, and the contract and payout automation saves our finance team a ton of time. Their support team is also very knowledgeable.

There is no question that impact.com is the most powerful platform in this space. However, the interface is not intuitive. Setting up custom commission structures or digging into deep attribution reports requires training. It's a tool for dedicated partnership managers, not for someone dabbling in affiliates.

The tool is so comprehensive that it almost feels like you need to hire an agency that specializes in it. We have a small in-house team, and we feel like we're only using 20% of its capabilities. It's a great tool for enterprise-level programs, but it might be overkill for mid-market companies.
