CloudTalk as a whole is a powerful CCaaS platform, but understanding what’s included at each plan, especially around AI features, took several calls with sales. Once deployed, the AI analytics are excellent, and the dialers boosted our outbound productivity. It’s a strong tool, just budget time to understand the SKUs.

We underestimated how much work it would be to script and train voice agents that match our brand tone. Out of the box, the AI feels generic and occasionally too formal. With enough iteration it gets better, but this is not a turn-on-and-forget product. Expect to invest time to get the most out of it.
