I like the idea, but I found that Reclaim filled up my calendar so much with 'focus time' that colleagues couldn't find any time to book meetings with me. It's highly configurable, but the defaults are very aggressive. I felt like I was spending too much time tuning the settings to get it right.

Reclaim has been life-changing. I list my tasks, and it automatically finds time for them in my calendar. When a meeting gets booked over a task, Reclaim just automatically reschedules the task. It's like a personal chief of staff for my schedule. I'm getting so much more deep work done.

For managing my own schedule, it's a 10/10. For team scheduling, it's a bit more complex. The 'Smart 1:1s' feature is great for finding time with my direct reports. But coordinating a meeting across multiple busy teams can still be a challenge. The AI is powerful, but not magic.
