The medical side was fine, but the billing was a disaster. They told me my insurance covered it, but then I got a bill for the full amount months later. Trying to resolve it with their support took hours on the phone. Make sure you double-check your coverage directly with your insurer before booking.

It's great for a sinus infection or a rash. But don't expect to build a relationship with a doctor. You get a random provider every time. I tried to use it for mental health, and having to re-explain my story to different people was frustrating. Use it for quick fixes, not long-term care.

I woke up with a terrible eye infection on a Sunday. Instead of waiting 6 hours at urgent care, I used Teladoc. I had a video call with a doctor in 20 minutes, and a prescription waiting at my pharmacy an hour later. The doctor was kind and professional. The app is super easy to use.
