For managing multiple static sites, Netlify is king. The ability to drag and drop a folder to deploy (if you aren't using Git) is a cool party trick, but the Git integration is where it shines. The analytics add-on is privacy-friendly and gives me just enough info without Google's bloat. Reliable and fast.

Netlify just works. Connect your Git repo, and you have a live site with HTTPS in minutes. The 'Deploy Previews' for every pull request are invaluable for our team—designers can check changes before we merge code. The form handling and serverless functions built-in save us from needing a backend for simple tasks.

We loved Netlify as a startup. But as we grew and needed SSO and more seats, the pricing conversation was scary. The jump from the Pro tier to Enterprise is massive. We ended up moving some projects to Vercel and AWS to save costs. It's an amazing product, but the pricing model for large teams feels aggressive.
