The core PR workflow is excellent. My only complaint is the notification system. I get spammed with emails and web notifications for every single comment and commit. I've had to spend a lot of time tuning my notification settings to make it manageable. The new AI features for summarizing PRs are a promising start.

The PR is the unit of work in our team. Inline comments, suggested changes, and required checks via GitHub Actions make our review process robust and efficient. The ability to link issues and see the full history of a change is indispensable. We couldn't function without it.
