Auth0 saved us months of development time. Their documentation is the best in the industry—clear, accurate, and full of examples. Implementing SSO for enterprise clients was just a few clicks. The 'Actions' feature lets us customize the login flow with serverless code easily. It just works, and security is one thing I don't want to build myself.

Technically, Auth0 is amazing. It handles everything we throw at it. But the MAU (Monthly Active Users) pricing model is brutal for B2C apps with free tiers. We got hit with a massive bill just because we had a viral month, even though those users weren't paying us. Great product, but do your math carefully before committing.
