Sketch low-fi wireframes that keep teams focused on structure.

As a PM, I don't want to open Figma. Balsamiq is my digital napkin. It has every standard UI component ready to drag and drop. I can map out a complex dashboard in an hour. It's reliable, simple, and doesn't distract me with 'auto-layout' or pixel perfection. Essential for my spec docs.

I used to use Balsamiq for everything, but now that Figma has good wireframing kits, it's hard to justify a separate tool. Balsamiq is great for non-designers, but exporting screens to recreate them in Figma feels like double work. It's a classic tool, but modern workflows are leaving it behind.

I love Balsamiq because it forces stakeholders to focus on the *flow* and *content* rather than colors and fonts. The sketch style is intentional and perfect for early-stage meetings. I can bang out a wireframe in 10 minutes during a meeting. It's specialized and excellent at what it does.
