Miro is essential for our remote design sprints. The template library is vast, and the real-time collaboration feels instant. I love the 'voting' and 'timer' features for facilitating workshops. It's intuitive enough that stakeholders can jump in without training, but powerful enough for complex system mapping. It's one of the few tools everyone in the company loves.

The product is 10/10. The pricing is frustrating. The 'Day Pass' for occasional collaborators adds up, and managing guest permissions is more complicated than it should be. We often have clients who just need to edit one board, and it's a hassle to grant access without paying for a full seat. But the tech itself is flawless.

We use Miro for everything from org charts to retrospective meetings to simple wireframing. The 'TalkTrack' feature allows me to record a walkthrough of a board so people can watch it asynchronously, which is a huge time saver. It's become our visual knowledge base.
