I find QuickBooks Online to be very intuitive. The mobile app is great for scanning receipts and checking my cash flow on the go. The bank feed automatically categorizes most of my expenses, which saves a ton of time. It gives me a clear picture of my business's financial health without needing an accounting degree.

The product is fine until something goes wrong. Trying to get a human from support is nearly impossible. You're forced through endless chatbot loops and unhelpful articles. I had a simple bank connection issue that took weeks to resolve. For the price they charge, the lack of accessible support is insulting.

Every accountant knows QuickBooks, which makes collaboration easy. It's a comprehensive tool that can do everything from invoicing to payroll to inventory. However, the interface feels dated and can be slow. Finding specific reports or features feels like a scavenger hunt. I use it because it's the standard, not because I love it.
