For example, catering requests or multi-room booking for large events is a bit clunky. But for a single platform to manage both desks and rooms, it's the best we've found.

Also, the console UI is a bit clunky compared to OpenAI's playground. Once it's running via SDK it's fine, but the operational friction is real for enterprise scale.
