FreshBooks was great when I was a solo freelancer. As soon as I hired employees and needed proper inventory management, it fell apart. It’s not built for complex businesses. We had to switch to QuickBooks Online. It's a great starter tool, but be aware you might outgrow it if you plan to scale.

Implementing SSO for enterprise clients was just a few clicks. The 'Actions' feature lets us customize the login flow with serverless code easily. It just works, and security is one thing I don't want to build myself.
Read full review →If you just need to hide a page or two, Memberstack is perfect. But we tried to build a complex multi-tenant app with it, and we hit limits with custom fields and metadata. We eventually had to migrate to a custom auth solution. It's a great no-code tool, but know its limits.
Read full review →Hootsuite's dashboard is powerful. The ability to monitor multiple streams (mentions, keywords, lists) in one view is great for brand monitoring. The planner and composer are robust. However, it's one of the more expensive tools on the market, and the cost per seat adds up quickly as your team grows.

But the onboarding process was much more work than we expected—importing legacy data, customizing fields, and training staff all took weeks. A few glitches early on (duplicate matters, missing contacts) didn’t inspire confidence. To their credit, support helped fix things, but smaller firms should budget a lot of time to get fully switched over.
Read full review →Playwright is a developer-first tool. If you know TypeScript/JS, it's a dream. If you are a manual QA trying to learn automation, it might be steeper than some other tools. But the capability to test WebKit (Safari), Firefox, and Chrome with one API is unmatched. It handles shadow DOM and iframes perfectly.
Read full review →It does everything you need a PDF tool to do, but it feels incredibly bloated. It takes ages to launch, constantly tries to upsell other Adobe cloud services, and the UI changes randomly with updates. The editing features are great when they work, but I often encounter lag on large documents. I'm only using it because my company pays for it.

Our customers love earning points for purchases and referrals. It has definitely increased our customer lifetime value. The free plan is generous enough to prove its value.
